BelleHarvest packing houses are strategically located throughout the western half of Michigan. This geographic separation reduces the risk that any one weather event can have on our production capabilities. Four of our packing houses pack exclusively for BelleHarvest – three of them have been represented by BelleHarvest for over fifty years!
Our packing houses utilize state-of-the-art techniques and equipment for the storage and handling of all fruit. Belding Fruit Storage is one of the largest storage facilities in the eastern United States with a storage capacity of over one-half million bushels. New for the 2011 crop will be the introduction of internal and external defect sorting into our system. This addition will keep BelleHarvest on the cutting edge in our ongoing efforts to exceed expectations.
